R	Riccardo Guidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto meriterebbe più stelle, tanto verde, appartamenti che almeno dall'esterno sembrano essere veramente il top, due piscine, ristorante dove si mangia benissimo e colazione buona.Sono rimasto deluso dal poco interesse che c'è stato nel risolvere un problema che abbiamo riscontrato, in casa c'era una grande TV ma non siamo riusciti a vederla perché il decoder era stato danneggiato dagli inquilini precedenti, almeno questo è quello che ha detto il proprietario una volta fatto presente la cosa, sarebbe bastato dirlo al nostro arrivo e comunque ci sarebbe stato il tempo risolvere il problema, avendo una bambina di 8 anni ci avrebbe fatto comodo vedere la TV visto che comunque rientra nel servizio che abbiamo pagato per intero.... Detto questo rimane comunque un posto che consiglio perché merita, sperando che abbiate più fortuna di noi.... I 17 ettari di terreno sono davvero belli e le parti comuni curate, la scelta di non delimitare gli spazi privati lo rende ancora più bello anche se con poca privacy. Pecca la poca flessibilità della gestione e l'approssimatezza dei servizi offerti nelle camere/casette che non sono dotate di tutto, non sono pulite nei termini minimi dell'accettabilità. L'agriturismo ha tanta strada da fare, ma ripeto l'intenzione è buona. The intention is there, but my experience leads to recommending greater attention. The 17 hectares of land are really beautiful and the common areas well cared for, the choice not to delimit the private spaces makes it even more beautiful even if with little privacy. The lack of flexibility of management and the approximation of the services offered in the rooms / houses that are not equipped with everything, are not clean in the minimum terms of acceptability, are a pity. The farm has a long way to go, but I repeat the intention is good.

Aperto da circa un anno, il complesso di appartamenti di recentissima ristrutturazione, si fonde perfettamente nel contesto verdeggiante della splendida Garfagnana. Ogni servizio è garantito. Il ristorante "La Poiana" offre piatti di qualità e la cortesia del personale è davvero accogliente tanto da farti sentire a casa. Il Grande Giuliano è davvero una persona meravigliosa ed educata, attento ad ogni minima necessità e richiesta dei clienti. A disposizione dei clienti, ci sono due belle piscine con lettini e gazebo attrezzati. Per non parlare delle magnifiche"Bubbles" di Ursa Major! Spettacolari cupole trasparenti attrezzate di ogni tipo di confort immerse nel piccolo boschetto con vista sui colli. Consiglio vivamente questo fantastico posto e auguro al personale di continuare a migliorare per diventare una struttura di lusso. A great experience! The "La Poiana" restaurant offers quality dishes and the courtesy of the staff is really welcoming enough to make you feel at home. Il Grande Giuliano is truly a wonderful and polite person, attentive to every minimum need and request from customers. At guests' disposal, there are two beautiful swimming pools with equipped sunbeds and gazebos. Not to mention Ursa Major's magnificent "Bubbles"! Spectacular transparent domes equipped with every kind of comfort immersed in the small grove overlooking the hills. I highly recommend this great place and wish the staff to keep improving to become a luxury property.
