Porzioni abbondanti (salumi e formaggi eccellenti, carne polenta e contorni ottimi) e prezzo contenuto super super consigliato. Tappa obbligatoria se si passa da queste parti! Quiet and intimate place. Family environment. Generous portions (excellent meats and cheeses, excellent polenta meat and side dishes) and super low price recommended. Obligatory stop if you pass by these parts!

A voler fare il Milanese a tutti i costi i tempi del servizio forse sono un filo dilatati ma che diamine si è in vacanza! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Lunch for 4, great food and good atmosphere with an absolutely honest bill. If you want to be a Milanese at all costs, the service times are perhaps a little dilated but what the heck are you on vacation! We will definitely be back.
C	Castalia Spiruni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso un tagliere di formaggi ottimi. Il tris di minestre non era niente male, mi sono piaciuti i canederli. Poi però sono arrivati i secondi. Purtroppo non c'era un bel taglio di mucca. Il brasato era cotto alla perfezione ma aveva una salsa quasi dolce che lo rendeva un po' sgradevole al palato. La polenta con lo spezzatino era abbastanza buona ma mancava di spezie il sapore era blando, e non complementava la polenta. Cortese, elegante ed incantevole la cameriera gotica. We took a platter of excellent cheeses. The trio of soups was not bad, I liked the dumplings. But then came the seconds. Unfortunately there was not a good cut of cow. The braised beef was cooked to perfection but had an almost sweet sauce that made it a little off-putting on the palate. The polenta with stew was good enough but lacked spice the flavor was bland, and did not complement the polenta. The gothic maid is courteous, elegant and charming.

Parto col dire che c'è la possibilità di vedere la stalla con le muccone (razza rendena)e vedere la sala dove vengono munte. L'agriturismo di fatti fa prodotti caserecci a base di latte fresco e formaggio e una vasta gamma di salumi e carni. Da apprezzare che sia tutto fatto in casa dall'antipasto al dolce. In più, tutto buonissimo! Di antipasto vi consiglio il tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi accompagnato dalla giardiniera di verdure. Ottimo. Io vedendo la qualità della carne ho optato direttamente per il secondo; prendendo: carne salada non cotta (dovete assolutamente provarla, si scioglie in bocca, uno spettacolo) con contorno di crauti anziche di fagioli. Molto buona anche la costata. I dolci vi consiglio chiaramente quelli allo yogurt. Porzioni più che abbondanti e prezzi giusti. Non vedo l'ora di essere in zona per tornarci!!! Farmhouse slightly outside Madonna di Campiglio. Staff very kind and welcoming. I start by saying that there is the possibility to see the barn with the muccone (Rendena breed) and see the room where they are milked. The farm in facts makes homemade products based on fresh milk and cheese and a wide range of cold cuts and meats. It is to be appreciated that everything is homemade from appetizers to desserts. Plus, all very good! For an appetizer I recommend the mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by the vegetables pickle. Optimal. Seeing the quality of the meat, I opted directly for the second; taking: uncooked carne salada (you absolutely have to try it, it melts in your mouth, a sight) with a side of sauerkraut instead of beans. The rib steak is also very good. The desserts I recommend clearly those with yogurt. More than generous portions and fair prices. Can't wait to be in the area to go back !!!

La Signora gentilissima.Un tagliere di affettati tipici dell'agriturismo, con lardo,ottimo anche se, avrei preferito piu sottile rispetto a come e' stata tagliata la fetta...polenta ottima. Spezzatino in cocotte ottimo. Tris di burro...forse meglio cuocere un poco di piu il canederlo . Anche qui troviamo una bellissima stube in ceramica, che riscalda l'ambiente. I lampadari caratteristici con lampade all' interno di cestini in vimini capovolti verso il basso A very intimate and welcoming place. The very kind lady. A platter of typical farm cold cuts, with lard, excellent even if, I would have preferred thinner than how the slice was cut ... excellent polenta. Excellent stew in cocotte. Trio of butter ... perhaps better to cook the dumpling a little more. Here too we find a beautiful ceramic stube, which warms the environment. E	Elena Cerrato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent four days in Pinzolo and with no doubt, I can say that La Trisa was my favourite restaurant within the three that I visited. The menu offers the most authentic local cusine prepared with love and experience. There is a great variety of choices and, believe me when I say that many of them are absolutely gorgeous. The polenta with crauti and cotechino was an excellent choice.The desserts are homemade, but in my opinion, do not reach the same high standard of the rest. Enjoy your time there.
