It is a family-owned hotel and this makes the difference in terms of customers service: the owners and all the staff are always very kind and always trying to accomodate guests' requests.That's why after being there once, you are definitely going back!
Rooms are perfect, the swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the wellness&SPA area is exactly what you need after a day of skiing.
The quality of the food for the buffet breakfast and ala carte dinner is just excellent!
Big thanks to Delia, Gaia,Giacomo and the rest of the staff!
Definitely highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps one of the most delightful ski town hotels i have ever stayed in.... The rooms are spacious, granted we had a suite, and the staff are like a small family, In fact, the hotel is completely run by the family members, who are omnipresent, and the chef is highly sought after. Consequently, the dining experience which is part of the package, is second to none. That is saying a lot in Italy. There is an amazing spa which is the centerpiece of the hotel experience, as well as indoor pool/jacuzzi in addition. The ski room even has dryers for your boots and a cordial driver that takes you and equipment to the gondola location. I cannot say enough about the experience other than the fact that I will come back next year, perhaps for spring skiing in Bella Italia ! bravo tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Europeo is a classy choice in Pinzolo with superior staff and service.
This year was the third time i went there with my boyfriend and family.
The service was more than perfect the staff is extremely kind and helpful and what we liked most was the familiar atmosphere and the feeling of being really welcome.
The food is TOP !!!! real italian cousin . Every dish was cooked to perfection.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a very nice spa with everything you need after a good day of skiing.
The position of the hotel is very strategic just a short distance from the ski lift and from the town center.
We will be back again !!!!
