Mi ha risposto un signore molto gentile, ma aveva difficoltà nell'aiutarmi. Ha così pensato bene di passarmi la direttrice dell'ufficio postale di Pinzolo, una certa Margareth Donini. Se fosse stata una mia dipendente, le avrei dato una bella lezione. Non ci si comporta così con il pubblico. Di nuovo grazie al gentile signore. Non ho ancora risolto il problema, non risponde mai nessuno al numero verde di Sda Express Courier spa e le risposte via mail non aiutano. Insisterò per avere i miei soldi di ritorno.
I called three times to inquire about refunding a check whose due date had expired a couple of months ago. A very nice gentleman answered me, but he had difficulty in helping me. So the director of the Pinzolo post office, a certain Margareth Donini, thought it well. If she had been an employee of mine, I would have given her a good lesson. We don't do that with the audience. Thanks again to the kind gentleman. I have not yet solved the problem, no one ever answers the toll-free number of Sda Express Courier spa and the replies by email do not help. I will insist on getting my money back.
