★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fermata obbligatoria, vastissima scelta di formaggi trentini e del caseificio (tra cui la Spressa delle Giudicarie con stagionature differenti) ed anche altri prodotti locali. Unici difetti: un po di lentezza nel servizio e apertura in stagione turistica troppo breve per consentire a chi effettua escursioni in zona di fermarsi al ritorno.
 Compulsory stop, huge selection of Trentino cheeses and the dairy (including the Spressa delle Giudicarie with different ages) and other local products. Only faults: a bit of slowness in the service and opening in the tourist season too short to allow those who make excursions in the area to stop when they return.

Unica cosa negativa sono gli orari, che potrebbero rendere difficile passare dopo un'escursione in montagna, ed il fatto che la domenica sia purtroppo chiuso
Huge selection of local cheeses at very competitive prices. It has become a fixed stop every time I pass in the surroundings. The only negative thing is the times, which could make it difficult to pass after a hike in the mountains, and the fact that Sunday is unfortunately closed
