R	Rosanna Cu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il posto ancora sembra in fase di ristrutturazione,non c'è 'attenzione al dettaglio sia nello spazio aperto che nelle camere.un pó pericoloso per i bambini mancano pezzi di ringhiera ecc.la cena è stata deludente nelle porzioni rispetto al prezzo pagato 80 euro per due persone,primo composto da tre tortelli,colazione inclusa inesistente solo un pezzo di torta.unica nota positiva il personale molto cortese. the place still looks like it is being refurbished, there is no attention to detail both in the open space and in the rooms a bit dangerous for children missing pieces of railing etc dinner was disappointing in portions compared to the price paid 80 euros for two people, first consisting of three tortelli, breakfast included nonexistent only a piece of cake.only positive note the very courteous staff.

Tornerò sicuramente. Excellent structure, very kind and helpful staff. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley. The restaurant is very well maintained. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.

Buonissima anche la colazione con prodotti km 0. Very nice, quiet, surrounded by greenery. Friendly and helpful staff. The opportunity to take a dip in the pool is also excellent. The breakfast with km 0 products is also very good.

Se fa caldo e non avete niene da fare, la piscina completa il ristoro. A corner of paradise, perfect for restoring yourself. Tidy, clean and welcoming rooms. Brand new furniture and comfortable beds. If it's hot and you don't have anything to do, the swimming pool completes the refreshment.
F	Fabio Ghirardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sopra una collina, un panorama su pontremoli stupendo. struttura ristrutturata con ottimo gusto, il posto ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana e dal caos di tutti i giorni. piscina aperta von ottima vista, cena molto buona, camere ben fatte pulite e profumate. il personale é gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare negli imprevisti.... stamattina avevo la gomma della moto bucata e si sono preoccupati di far venire in loco un gommista che mi ha fatto ripartire. a coloro che scrivono nelle recensioni cose negative sulla strada per raggiungere il podere SOTTOLINEO che é un tratto comunale e le vostre lamentele dovreste farle nelle recensioni al comune di pontremoli e non in quello della struttura che dal canto loro hanno fatto e fanno di tutto per garantire un'esperienza di relax eccellente. verremo a trovarvi nuovamente! on a hill, a wonderful view of Pontremoli. structure renovated with excellent taste, the ideal place to disconnect from the daily routine and everyday chaos. open swimming pool with excellent view, very good dinner, well made clean and fragrant rooms. the staff is very kind and ready to help in the unforeseen .... this morning I had a flat tire on the bike and they took care to get a tire dealer to come on site and let me start again. to those who write negative things in the reviews on the way to reach the SOTTOLINEO farm which is a municipal stretch and your complaints should be made in the reviews to the municipality of pontremoli and not in that of the structure which for their part have done and do everything to ensure an excellent relaxation experience. we will come to visit you again!

Stare qui mi ha fatto sentire accolta e in pace, ho mangiato bene, chiacchierato bene e respirato aria sana godendo della vista delle Apuane. Ci sono anche 3 gatti e un cane bellissimi che hanno contribuito positivamente al soggiorno. Tornerò sicuramente! Francesca and Ilenia are two special women who have created a place where you can regenerate. Staying here made me feel welcome and at peace, I ate well, chatted well and breathed healthy air while enjoying the view of the Apuan Alps. There are also 3 beautiful cats and a dog who contributed positively to the stay. I will definitely be back!

Io e mio marito abbiamo adorato la tranquillità del luogo e l'atmosfera rilassata, oltre che l'impagabile vista. Sicuramente ci torneremo ?. We were guests of Agripodere Il Falco in August 2021. A wonderful experience, so much so that we were sad to stay only 4 days. My husband and I loved the tranquility of the place and the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the priceless view. We will definitely be back ?.
A	Anais Carton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fantastic! We really enjoyed the view and the swimming pool! However the owners mother and daughter are totally not welcoming and were really rude: not smiling at all and not even saying goodbye when we left. When booking we had arranged to pay an extra to stay later at the pool the next day (but to leave the room), nevertheless they reminded us many times that we should leave soon which made us feel really not welcome. Too bad for such a terrible service compare to the beautiful place.
