Ho telefonato immediatamente spiegando il caso, mi è stato risposto di inviare una mail. Dopo tre mail senza risposta finalmente mi rispondono chiedendomi se anzi che collegare il tappeto riscaldante avessi provato a collegare una lampada per vedere se il led di temperatura si accendesse, ma avevo già più volte spiegato nelle precedenti mail il problema. Fortunatamente alla fine ho risolto acquistando un'altro termostato funzionante presso un'altro negozio molto più serio e affidabile. Ben fornito, curato, personale altamente qualificato, cordiale e gentile. Una condizione commerciale che non ha eguali dinanzi tante altre attività. Un infinita varietà di specie animali, sane , ed in perfetto stato di allevamento, seguono nella stessa strada le specie vegetali ed un incredibile varietà di accessori e mangimistica. Penso personalmente che 5 stelle siano riduttive per tale attività e gestione. Un negozio di animali di altri tempi, con una prospettiva commerciale all'avanguardia. In questa attività non si acquista soltanto felicemente bensì si visita , entrando in un magico e felice mondo della natura. Splendid pet shop, where by now few realities exist as such today. Well stocked, cared for, highly qualified, friendly and polite staff. A commercial condition that has no equal in front of many other activities. An infinite variety of animal species, healthy, and in a perfect state of breeding, follow the plant species and an incredible variety of accessories and feed products in the same way. I personally think that 5 stars are an understatement for this business and management. A pet shop of yesteryear, with an avant-garde commercial perspective. In this activity you do not only buy happily but you visit, entering a magical and happy world of nature.

Leggendo le recensioni all'inizio ero dubbiosa, ma devo dire che per quanto mi rigurda, la merce mi è sempre arrivata velocemente e in perfette condizioni. Ho telefonato per chiedere la provenienza e prontamente mi hanno mandato la certificazione di provenienza. I miei cani hanno gradito molto la qualità della carne, in quanto lasciano le ciotole pulitissime. Per me sono promossi. I made several orders of frozen meat for my 4 dogs. Reading the reviews at first I was dubious, but I must say that as far as I am concerned, the goods always arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I phoned to ask for the provenance and they promptly sent me the certification of provenance. My dogs really liked the quality of the meat, as they leave the bowls spotless. For me they are promoted.

La merce è partita con una settimana di ritardo (ma visto il casino che viviamo, direi che è più che accettabile). Nel frattempo, le ho chiamati per un cambio indirizzo di consegna, loro cordiali è professionali. La merce è stata spedita il lunedì e ricevuta il martedì senza problemi. Insetti da pasto tutti vivi e piante da terrario in ottimo stato visto il prezzo che le ho pagate. Raccomando ad occhi chiusi! g	gino vavalle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un iguana anni fa sta crescendo benissimo in ottima salute. Ero tornato per un draco volans ma non li vendono più , peccato. Comunque questo negozio merita 5 stelle perchè nonostante i tempi rimane sempre molto ben fornito. I took an iguana years ago it is growing very well in excellent health. I was back for a draco volans but they don't sell them anymore, too bad. However this shop deserves 5 stars because despite the times it is always very well stocked.
