Il giorno dopo un altro dipendente mi ha detto telefonicamente che non è possibile il servizio a causa di alcuni lavori in magazzino. E il pallet era già in viaggio per Bologna. Non ho nemmeno ricevuto supporto per trovarmi sostituto. Ho solo perso tempo e denaro a causa loro!
Not serious company. I ordered the pallet storage on Friday. It was confirmed over the phone. The next day, another employee told me by phone that service is not possible due to some warehouse work. And the pallet was already on its way to Bologna. I didn't even get support to find a replacement. I only lost time and money because of them!
