★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho riscontrato una grande sgodevolezza da parte del proprietario (in compenso un altro ragazzo è stato di una gran gentilezza). Abbiamo portato il nostro tosaerba perché faticava a partire, appena giunto nelle loro mani si è acceso immediatamente. Ne abbiamo quindi approfittato per far affilare la lama (tempo impiegato 1 settimana dopo vari solleciti da parte nostra). Quando siamo andati a ritirare il tosaerba abbiamo chiesto se potessimo provare a metterlo in moto per vedere se anche questa volta andava tutto bene. Al primo tentativo ha fatto un rumore molto brutto che non aveva mai fatto... Il ragazzo (quello gentile) ha quindi provato più volte a metterlo in moto e, al terzo tentativo, si è palesato il proprietario dicendoci in malomodo che dopo 3 tentativi si parlava già di manutenzione se no il prezzo per la lama era 5 euro ed eravamo già apposto così. Siamo rimasti basiti dalla sua affermazione, contando che eravamo andati lì proprio perchè gli avremmo voluto far dare 1 controllata generale ma ci era stato detto che era tutto apposto. La nostra intenzione era solamente capire se era davvero così e se avessimo dovuto fargli dare effettivamente 1 controllata (e se non fosse stato possibile sistemarlo avremmo comprato un nuovo tosaerba)..
Non ci tornerò mai più!!!!! Fortunatamente ho trovato 1 altra soluzione e, nel giro di 1 ora hanno sistemato il problema.
I found a great unpleasantness on the part of the owner (on the other hand another guy was very kind). We brought our lawnmower because it was struggling to get started, as soon as it got into their hands it turned on immediately. We therefore took the opportunity to sharpen the blade (time taken 1 week after several reminders from us). When we went to collect the lawnmower we asked if we could try to start it to see if everything was okay again. At the first attempt he made a very bad noise that he had never made ... The boy (the kind one) then tried several times to start it and, on the third attempt, the owner revealed himself, telling us badly that after 3 there was already talk of maintenance otherwise the price for the blade was 5 euros and we were already affixed like this. We were thrilled by his statement, counting that we had gone there precisely because we wanted him to give 1 general check but we were told that everything was fine. Our intention was only to find out if this was really the case and if we had to actually give him 1 check (and if it wasn't possible to fix it we would have bought a new lawn mower).
I will never go back !!!!! Fortunately I found 1 other solution and within 1 hour they fixed the problem.
