★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare. Consiglio di non firmate contratti di esclusiva !!! Il venditore farà ben poco per vendere il vostro immobile dopodiché cercherà di farvi abbassare il prezzo finché il vostro immobile non si vende da solo.
Absolutely to be avoided. I recommend not signing exclusive contracts !!! The seller will do little to sell your property after which they will try to get you to lower the price until your property sells itself.

In 37 secondi l'uomo che ha risposto al telefono, probabilmente il titolare, MOLTO seccato e sgraziato mi ha risposto in malo modo alla mia richiesta di maggiori info su un annuncio che aveva pubblicato 2 ore prima (su fb e subito.it) "già venduto ho detto" per POI RIAGGANCIARE. COMPLIMENTI.
Education and kindness don't really know what they are. In 37 seconds the man who answered the phone, probably the owner, VERY annoyed and awkward answered me badly to my request for more info on an announcement he had published 2 hours before (on fb and immediately.it) " already sold I said "THEN FOR A LOW TIME. CONGRATULATIONS.
