M	MRE AG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la prima esperienza comunque andata bene, la seconda volta abbiamo ricevuto l'abito con le misure e stoffe sbagliate. La stoffa era di pessima qualità. Non abbiamo quindi potuto utilizzarlo e abbiamo chiesto il rimborso. La responsabile ha riconosciuto l'errore chiedendoci di lasciarle tutti i dati per il rimborso. Attendiamo da più di un anno(!) il rimborso, dopo aver chiesto spiegazione più di 10 volte, non ricevendo alcune risposta oppure in certi casi delle scuse - ovviamente tutto per non dover fare il rimborso. Fortunatamente ci sono molte altre aziende in Italia che offrono abiti e si contraddistinguono con un servizio migliore e apprezzabile. After the first experience, however, went well, the second time we received the dress with the wrong measurements and fabrics. The fabric was of poor quality. We were therefore unable to use it and asked for a refund. The manager acknowledged the mistake by asking us to leave all the details for the reimbursement. We have been waiting for more than a year (!) For the refund, after having asked for an explanation more than 10 times, not receiving some answers or in some cases an apology - obviously all for not having to make the refund. Fortunately there are many other companies in Italy that offer clothes and are characterized by a better and appreciable service.
