Non hanno la loro busta con il logo non hanno carta regalo adatta x bambini...Non hanno un timbro ho dovuto comprare una busta adatta a una bambina . Prezzi nella media anche se per alcuni prodotti sono più bassi rispetto alla GDO o alle farmacie. Uniche due pecche: i pagamenti con carta di credito o bancomat non vengono accettati sotto i 10€ ed a volte (a causa dei loro fornitori) rimangono senza alcuni prodotti anche intere settimane. Personale assolutamente cordiale e disponibile. Baby health care well stocked with baby products from various brands: Mellin, Plasmon, Hipp, Humana, etc ... Prices on average even if for some products they are lower than the large-scale retail trade or pharmacies. The only two flaws: payments by credit card or debit card are not accepted under € 10 and sometimes (due to their suppliers) they remain without some products even entire weeks. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff.
D	Daniela Strano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato telefonicamente un latte che il pediatra mi ha successivamente cambiato perché non adatto a mia figlia, quando mi sono recata in negozio per fare la mia spesa ho fatto presente da persona onesta quale sono che ci fosse un latte messo da parte per me ma che non mi sarebbe più servito(potevo benissimo non dire niente pagare la mia spesa e andare via ma a quanto pare non sempre l'onestà ripaga) mi è stato detto che dovevo necessariamente acquistarlo perché ordinato apposta per me e che il rappresentante non accettava resi (lavoro nello stesso ambito e so che non è affatto vero) ad ogni modo nel loro scaffale vendita c'era tutta la linea di questo latte quindi non avrebbero avuto problemi a venderlo infatti la prima volta che l'ho acquistato l'ho trovato disponibile senza prenotazione, alla fine non hanno perso i 14 euro di latte ma di sicuro hanno perso una cliente che ne spendeva molti di più I ordered a milk by phone that the pediatrician later changed me because it was not suitable for my daughter, when I went to the store to do my shopping I pointed out as an honest person that there was a milk set aside for me but that I would no longer need it (I could very well say nothing, pay for my shopping and leave but apparently honesty doesn't always pay off) I was told that I had to buy it because it was ordered especially for me and that the representative did not accept returns I work in the same field and I know it's not true at all) in any case in their sales shelf there was the whole line of this milk so they would have had no problem selling it in fact the first time I bought it I found it available without booking, in the end they did not lose the 14 euros of milk but for sure they lost a customer who spent much more
