★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità, gli fai le domande è a malapena di danno una risposta, biglietti della crociera arrivati 2 giorni prima con una stanza davvero brutta e rumorosa, alla reception della nave ci hanno confermato che i documenti sono stati consegnati in ritardo pertanto ci hanno rifilato l'unica stanza rimasta;non prenoterò mai più in questa agenzia.
Little professionalism, asking questions is barely giving an answer, cruise tickets arrived 2 days earlier with a really bad and noisy room, at the reception of the ship they confirmed that the documents were delivered late so they trimmed us only room left, I will never book in this agency again.

My experience? Negative! The tickets issued by the agency show an incorrect date and I had to travel by bus in spite of myself ..... all this due to the very lack of professionalism and precision.

Poco professionali,... ora va' finire che e' pure colpa nostra... , veramente patetico e stai dimostrando ancora di piu' la tua non professionalita' nel settore. Da premettere che avevamo gia' sentito parlare male da parte di amici e parenti che hanno avuto esperienze con voi , ma ormai il danno era fatto.
Con il nervoso alle stelle, sono stato a discutere per 3 sere in nave della tua agenzia, in reception, e in agenzia interna msc, con il contratto vostro in mano e tutti i documenti, e siamo arrivati alla soluzione che i documenti sono stati inviati in ritardo, che quella non era la stanza che dovevano assegnarci a noi, ma purtroppo non potevano fare piu' nulla.
Ti ricordo che mi hai rimandato tu al mese successivo a vedere le condizioni della foto, e in piu' dopo che ho rifatto i documenti la tua agenzia era chiusa per motivi tuoi personali, portati subito a Copertino e poi da li' i biglietti mi sono stati dati 2 giorni prima di partire, cose che non mi sono mai successe con altre agenzie.
Siamo rimasti delusi .

Unprofessional, ... now it's going to end, it's our fault too ..., really pathetic and you're showing even more your lack of professionalism in the sector. From the outset that we had already heard bad news from friends and relatives who had experiences with you, but now the damage was done.
With the nervous skyrocketing, I have been arguing for 3 nights in ship your agency, at reception, and msc internal agency, with your contract in hand and all the documents, and we came to the solution that the documents were sent late, that this was not the room they had to give us, but unfortunately they couldn't do anything anymore.
I remind you that you have sent me back you to the next month to see the photo conditions, and more 'after I redid the documents your agency was closed for your personal reasons, brought now to Copertino and then by' them tickets I been given 2 days before leaving, things that have never happened to me with other agencies.
We were disappointed.
