★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che sono stata mandata dal negozio Tim di Via Gioberti dove avevo fatto il contratto, avevo bisogno della sostituzione degli auricolari Apple che non hanno mai funzionato da quando ho preso il telefono. Mi hanno trattato da deficiente dicendomi in modo molto maleducato che fanno solo assistenza ai telefoni e non agli accessori e senza nemmeno aiutarmi a trovare una diversa soluzione.
Ho perso tempo a lavoro, bastava dirmi le cose in maniera più cortese, ma a quanto pare non tutti hanno questa facoltà..
Assuming that I was sent from the Tim shop in Via Gioberti where I had made the contract, I needed the replacement of the Apple earphones which have never worked since I took the phone. They treated me like a moron by telling me in a very rude way that they only assist the phones and not the accessories and without even helping me find a different solution.
I wasted time at work, it was enough to tell me things in a more courteous way, but apparently not everyone has this faculty ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente deluso, ho richiesto di attivare una nuova scheda sim senza un piano tariffario. Mi hanno fatto pagare 20€ e la scheda aveva 0,01€ di traffico incluso. Tornato a casa entro sul sito Tim e vedo che il costo dell'operazione può variare dai 5€ ai 10€ con traffico incluso. Commessi poco cordiali, non mi hanno dato nessuna spiegazione sulla tariffa base. Negozio sconsigliato
Extremely disappointed, I requested to activate a new sim card without a rate plan. They charged me € 20 and the card had € 0.01 of traffic included. Back home I enter the Tim site and I see that the cost of the operation can vary from € 5 to € 10 with traffic included. Unfriendly shop assistants, they didn't give me any explanation on the basic rate. Shop not recommended
