"Dear xxx,
I respect your decision however totally can not understand it. It was many years ago, they were some random people, who can use right now different tour operator and make same losses. The ban should be on particular person, not the company.
Which still doesn't matter, because I want to go as private person (not company), with my friends and their kids. you still use argument about some drunk students from years ago... It makes this situation even more eccentric.
Anyway, as i wrote on the beginning. Your choice, your apartments, your money, your rules :)
