Abbiamo ritirato la torta specificando al ritiro il nome del bimbo. A casa abbiamo aperto la confezione al momento del festeggiamento ma abbiamo avuto una amara sorpresa. Il nome riportato era quello di un altro bimbo. Ho fatto presente dopo qualche giorno ma nessun cenno di dispiacere. Non faremo più fare la torta alla pasticceria Svizzera. A livigno c'è di meglio, sicuramente in termini di cordialità e professionalità. We ordered a cake for our son's birthday asking to write wishes and the baby's name. We collected the cake by specifying the name of the child on collection. At home we opened the box at the time of the celebration but we had a bitter surprise. The name reported was that of another child. I did this after a few days but no hint of regret. We will no longer make Swiss pastry cakes. In livigno there is better, certainly in terms of friendliness and professionalism.

Se vai a Livigno non puoi non fermarti... è tappa obbligatoria. Personale gentilissimo e competente soprattutto la "signora anziana" che tanto viene criticata in altre recensioni!!! Super TOP !!!! From bread to blueberry muffins, everything is really yummy. I have stocked up and taken to Bologna. If you go to Livigno you can't not stop ... it is a must. Very kind and competent staff especially the "old lady" who is criticized so much in other reviews !!!

Purtroppo però una nota negativa devo segnalarla, la proprietaria (confermo quanto detto già quest'anno da un altro recensore), veramente una persona poco piacevole per non dire antipatica, scortese e maleducata sia con i clienti che con i suoi dipendenti che tratta a malo modo anche quando nel negozio ci sono i clienti, cosa molto spiacevole. Comunque se volete assaggiare dei muffins superlativi basta evitare la signora perché il marito la figlia e il resto del personale sono persone molto carine e gentili. E	Elisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war schwierig mich für die Sterne zu entscheiden. Die Bäckerei hat eine grosse Auswahl an Broten, Gebäcke und sonstigen leckeren Produkte. Die Brote und Kekse waren gut. Die Bedienung war jedoch ausserordentlich unhöflich, wjr fühlten uns wie eine Belastung. Kartenzahlungen sind, verständlicherweise, erst ab einem gewissen Betrag erlaubt. Wir wussten das nicht, konnten jedoch eine unkomplizierte Lösung vereinbaren. It was difficult for me to choose the stars. The bakery has a large selection of breads, pastries and other delicious products. The breads and biscuits were good. However, the waitress was extremely rude, we felt like a burden. Card payments are, understandably, only allowed above a certain amount. We didn't know that, but we were able to agree on an uncomplicated solution.

Tutto il tempo dell'attesa non ha fatto altro che lamentarsi della clientela dicendo che le persone hanno sempre fretta e sono maleducate . Ho preso 3 cose me ne ha fatte pagare 4 . Me ne sono accorta quando ero fuori e quindi sono rientrata chiedendo spiegazioni la signora ha detto subito che non era possibile e ha voluto controllare sostenendo che aveva ragione lei molto probabilmente avevo davvero preso 4 cose e che mi restituiva i soldi tanto la cifra era irrisoria e lei li avrebbe dati in beneficenza . Uscita ha continuato a sostenere con il cliente successivo che io avevo preso un pezzo dolce in più (una sacher mignon) come se io la volessi mettere di mezzo. Al che sono rientrata e le ho detto che cio che il pezzo che sosteneva lei l' ho aveva preso la cliente precedente e che prima di tutto era lei una maleducata . At which I went inside and told her that what the previous client was taking the piece that was supporting her and that first of all she was a rude one. Never to return

Il trattamento riservatoci dalla proprietaria è stato decisamente spiacevole. Ignoranza e maleducazione non sono mai una buona cosa, specialmente nel commercio. Proprio per la ruvidezza della "signora" non entrerò più in questa pasticceria (neppure per provare i loro famosi muffin). Dulcis in fundo, lo strudel acquistato era mediocre: poca farcitura ed un sapore anonimo (provate quello della "Grolla" per capire come si fa davvero lo strudel) During our holiday in Livigno we wanted to taste a good apple strudel and, since it was the closing day of the much more famous "da Alberto", we entered the Swiss pastry shop. The treatment given to us by the owner was decidedly unpleasant. Ignorance and rudeness are never a good thing, especially in business. Precisely for the roughness of the "lady" I will not go into this pastry shop anymore (not even to try their famous muffins). Last but not least, the strudel purchased was mediocre: little filling and an anonymous flavor (try the "Grolla" one to understand how strudel is really made)
