 Very competent, kind and helpful. We have been followed professionally in all phases of purchase. Christian personally dealt with resolving all the bureaucratic quibbles associated with the practice of mortgage and the transfer of utilities. Really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato all'agenzia la vendita di un immobile ricevuto in eredita'. In meno di un mese hanno trovato un compratore, che spero sia rimasto soddisfatto dell'acquisto. L'agenzia si e' occupata di tutti gli aspetti burocratici (volture acqua ed energia elettrica, documenti da presentare al notaio.. ecc.),. Ho pagato volentieri le commissioni previste perche' senza l'intervento di un professionista i tempi sarebbero stato molto piu' lunghi e i costi paragonabili.

I have entrusted the agency with the sale of an inherited property. In less than a month they found a buyer who I hope was satisfied with the purchase. The agency has dealt with all the bureaucratic aspects (water and electricity, documents to be presented to the notary .. etc.). I willingly paid the commissions due because without the intervention of a professional the times would have been much longer and the costs comparable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia immobiliare molto attiva. Vende affitta, anche settimanalmente case, appartamenti , ville... Cercano subito di mettersi a disposizione del cliente in modo di accontentarlo in tutte le sue richieste. Si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di pomposa nella via principale.
Se avete bisogno troverete sicuramente quello che fa per voi.
