Con una breve intervista hanno capito cosa volevamo e la nostra richiesta è stata subito centrata. Ci hanno seguito in modo scrupoloso e professionale dal preliminare al rogito e per finire hanno provveduto anche al passaggio delle utenze e a tante piccole richieste burocratiche per noi fondamentali. Non possiamo che consigliare i loro servizi.
 We have just bought a small apartment and we are more than satisfied with how we were followed by the agency. With a brief interview they understood what we wanted and our request was immediately centered. They have followed scrupulously and professional from the preliminary deed of sale and finally also provided for the passage of utilities and many small bureaucratic demands fundamental for us. We can not recommend their services.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Sono stata seguita dalla scelta dell'immobile al rogito con grande disponibilità e precisione, e poi ancora durante i lavori di ristrutturazione che il titolare ha seguito al posto mio con una competenza e premura tali che io stessa non avrei saputo avere. Mi sono sempre sentita rassicurata di ogni dubbio con la concretezza della loro esperienza e hanno senz'altro meritato la mia fiducia e la mia stima.
I can only recommend this Real Estate Agency. Gianluca and Anna are extremely helpful people and work with great passion for the satisfaction of their customers. My experience has been positive. I was followed by the choice of the property to the deed with great availability and precision, and then again during the renovations that the owner followed in my place with such competence and care that I myself would not have known how to have. I have always felt reassured of any doubts with the concreteness of their experience and they have certainly deserved my trust and esteem.

Ho avuto il piacere di affittare da loro un appartamento al Lido degli Estensi e mi sono trovata benissimo sia per la pulizia dell' appartamento che per la gentilezza e rapidità nel risolvere due piccole necessità (un guasto alla lavatrice ed allo scarico lavandino). La Sig.ra Jennifer sempre cordiale e disponibile. Non posso che consigliare questa agenzia.
Great agency. I had the pleasure of renting an apartment from them on Lido degli Estensi and I had a great time both for the cleaning of the apartment and for the kindness and speed in solving two small needs (a fault with the washing machine and the sink drain). Ms. Jennifer always friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato verso la fine di giugno a Lido Degli Estensi. Appartamento carino, vicino al centro e alla spiaggia, completo di tutto. Prezzo molto buono. Jennifer carinissima, mi ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è sempre stata tempestiva nel rispondere alle mie domande. Sicuramente mi affiderò ancora a questa agenzia per soggiorni futuri.
I stayed in Lido Degli Estensi towards the end of June. Nice apartment, close to the center and the beach, complete with everything. Very good price. Jennifer was very nice, she gave me all the necessary information and was always prompt in answering my questions. I will definitely rely on this agency again for future stays.
