Bravi ed anche molto simpatici (che non guasta!!!)
I highly recommend this agency that with professionalism and competence helped us to find the beach house of our dreams and guided us step by step before, during and even after the deed.
Good and also very nice (which does not hurt !!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che un agenzia abbia il dovere di visionare lo stato degli appartamenti che affitta!
Molto scontenta, abbiamo avuto un appartamento sporco, tenuto malissimo, con diverse cose rotte, tipo cassonetti, lavatrice che quando centrifuga va in orbita, tegami sbeccati e sporchissimi, posate tutte imbarcare e poche, vetri e davanzali lerci, letti sfondati e un mobile pericolante, infissi fatiscenti che non chiudono. Inoltre dopo una mezza promessa di rinnovo pulizie...non si è più visto nessuno.
E tra l altro neanche a buon marcato. Non torneremo mai più!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena parlato a telefono con una addetta, non mi è sembrata un agente che media tra chi compra e chi vende,ma una specie di Vanna Marchi che crede di vendere lo svioglipancia al gollonzo i turno, proponendo prezzi fuori mercato con saccenza e arroganza proprie di chi sa di raccontare fandonie. Innervosendosi e chiudendo la telefonata una volta accortasi che dati alla mano lego dimostrato che quello che raccontava era falso. Poca professionalità e educazione.

I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Da provare, per un disabile NON è adatto, troppe scale.
Very nice semi-new apartment, with large spaces, all sanitized and well maintained, climate, TV and parking space. Very close to the sea.
The owners are kind and helpful. To try, for a disabled person it is NOT suitable, too many stairs.
