I requested a transfer on June 13th and I am still waiting for the booklet after more than two months. . I am without revision and I cannot do it without booklet. They never answer the landline or mobile phone. Incompetent.

Ho avviato le pratiche per un passaggio di proprietà a luglio ed è stato effettuato solo a fine novembre dopo vari solleciti non presi in considerazione...sono riuscito ad avere la mia pratica solo perchè stavo muovendo per vie legali!
La mia pratica è rimasta da luglio a novembre su una scrivania....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un passaggio a ottobre mi risponde che per via del covid hanno chiuso . Ho l auto ferma e mi serve per lavoro . E scappata con i soldi e con i documenti , ho fatto una denuncia hai carabinieri,e ora ho un legale .
Mi ha rovinato ho un auto ferma intestata al vecchio titolare ,in più o quella che ho venduto a nome mio , nn e per i 780€ di passaggio ,ma per i documenti .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stesso problema degli altri. Mi sono rivolto a loro quando ho venduto la moto di mio padre il 27 febbraio 2020. Qualche settimana fa mi telefona l'acquirente riferendomi che la moto è ancora intestata a mio padre e che l'agenzia è irreperibile. Ho provato anch'io a chiamare, ma nulla e senza certificato di proprietà l'unico modo per risolvere la questione è tramite giudice di pace.
Same problem as the others. I contacted them when I sold my father's bike on February 27, 2020. A few weeks ago the buyer called me and told me that the bike is still in the name of my father and that the agency is nowhere to be found. I also tried to call, but nothing and without a certificate of ownership the only way to resolve the matter is through a justice of the peace.
