Mi dispiace fare presente questa nota negativa che riguarda il personale femminile, frettoloso e poco professionale (ad es. dicono di richiamare ma non lo fanno mai e talvolta danno informazioni errate, inoltre quando gli viene posta una domanda rispondono come se dovessero finire il prima possibile per andare a farsi i cavoli loro) unica eccezione è il signore dell’ufficio di cui non ricordo il nome che è sempre stato gentile ed educato. Le signore/ragazze rispondo al telefono dicendo “pronto” neanche stessero rispondendo al loro cellulare personale, direi che non ci vuole una laurea a dire “Buongiorno scuola guida Sartorelli” a fine telefonata mettono giù dicendo “ciao” ma ciao a chi?…anche se ci si relaziona per lo più con ragazzi giovani rimane comunque un’azienda quindi mi aspettavo di trovare più serietà. Rapporto con il pubblico da migliorare, basta poco è solo questione di educazione, per il resto le lezioni sono chiare, gli istruttori qualificati e gli strumenti forniti quali libro e app molto intuitivi e semplici da utilizzare.
 Driving school and lessons in the standard. I am sorry to point out this negative note regarding female staff, hasty and unprofessional (e.g. they say to call back but never do and sometimes give incorrect information, moreover when asked a question they respond as if they should finish as soon as possible to go get their cabbages) the only exception is the gentleman of the office whose name I don't remember who has always been kind and polite. The ladies / girls answer the phone saying "hello" they were not even answering their personal cell phone, I would say that it does not take a degree to say "Good morning Sartorelli driving school" at the end of the phone call they put down saying "hello" but hello to whom? ... also if you mostly relate to young people it still remains a company so I expected to find more seriousness. Relationship with the public to improve, it takes very little is just a matter of education, otherwise the lessons are clear, the instructors qualified and the tools provided such as book and app very intuitive and easy to use.
