Avevo un problema con un auto, l'acquirente non poteva esserci, così con una delega hanno svolto il tutto, aiutandomi in tutta la procedura che è risultata più semplice di come viene venduta su Internet! Inoltre i prezzi sono quelli dello stato! Nessuna aggiunta ACI o simili, insomma eccellente!
Per trovarlo dovete andare al centro delle quattro torri, sì trovano sul corridoio centrale gli uffici non visibili dalla strada! Quello in strada è l'ACI e alcune tipologie di pratiche non vengono eseguite lì.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solito ufficio pubblico con servizio molto lento. Per un semplice passaggio di proprietà dell'auto chiamano rinforzi per fare correttamente la procedura. Tempo totale della pratica oltre un oretta.
