Ho preso in locazione un miniappartamento, ho trovato un materasso in condizioni igieniche pessime e l'avvolgibile della camera bloccato in alto ( non si poteva abbassare ), problemi irrisolti nonostante le segnalazioni.
Dopo circa tre anni di permanenza, i primi di aprile 2021 ho lasciato libero il locale dopo aver effettuato la regolare pulizia, mettendolo a disposizione dell' agenzia per eventuali interessati, nonostante la scadenza naturale fosse 30 giugno 2021.
Il 30 giugno 2021 durante il sopralluogo l'incaricata dell' agenzia ha riscontrato un filo di polvere sopra un mobile e quindi ha sostenuto genericamente che l'appartamento non era pulito, nonostante le mie insistenze la stessa non ha saputo precisare quali altri problemi ci fossero a parte la polvere ( il locale era disabitato da circa tre mesi ).
Hanno incaricato quindi una impresa di pulizie che ha effettuato anche una sanificazione ( non prevista in contratto ), trattenendomi dalla caparra ben DUECENTO euro ( per 40 metri quadri ).
Ho preteso la fattura della suddetta impresa, mi è stato fornito un documento che non riportava ne la descrizione dei lavori svolti, ne le ore impiegate, ne il costo orario, ma solo il totale finale appunto 200,00 euro.

 BAD EXPERIENCE !!!
I rented a mini-apartment, found a mattress in very bad hygienic conditions and the roller shutter in the bedroom blocked at the top (it could not be lowered), unsolved problems despite the reports.
After about three years of stay, in early April 2021 I vacated the place after having carried out the regular cleaning, making it available to the agency for any interested parties, despite the natural deadline being June 30, 2021.
On 30 June 2021, during the inspection, the person in charge of the agency found a thread of dust on a piece of furniture and therefore generically claimed that the apartment was not clean, despite my insistence, she was unable to specify what other problems there were. apart from the dust (the place had been uninhabited for about three months).
They then commissioned a cleaning company that also carried out a sanitization (not provided for in the contract), withholding me from the deposit as much as TWO HUNDRED euros (for 40 square meters).
I demanded the invoice of the aforementioned company, I was provided with a document that did not report the description of the work carried out, the hours employed, the hourly cost, but only the final total of 200.00 euros.
