Inizialmente fanno di tutto per propormi un esclusiva sul mio immobile in vendita, quando è noto che è rischioso per il proprietario, oltre al fatto che avere più agenzie aumenta le possibilità di vendita. Dopo aver concordato il prezzo dell’ immobile mi contattano dopo appena 2 mesi (!!) proponendomi un ribasso del prezzo che avvantaggerebbe solo loro ed il potenziale acquirente. Scorretti.
Disappointed with the way they operate. Initially they go out of their way to offer me an exclusive on my property for sale, when it is known that it is risky for the owner, in addition to the fact that having more agencies increases the chances of sale. After agreeing on the price of the property, they contact me after just 2 months (!!) proposing a price reduction that would only benefit them and the potential buyer. Incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre stata scettica nei confronti degli agenti immobiliari e delle agenzie, ma devo dire che mi sono ricreduta davvero, i ragazzi di Tecnocasa mi stanno davvero aiutando sotto tutti gli aspetti per l'affitto di un fondo nel quale si svolgerà la mia attività.
I have always been skeptical of real estate agents and agencies, but I must say that I have really changed my mind, the guys from Tecnocasa are really helping me in all respects for the rental of a fund in which my business will take place.

Veramente scorretti, hanno recuperato a più riprese i miei contatti mobile e fissi, e mi hanno messo in difficoltà a più riprese, compreso col mio ex-datore di lavoro, dato che mi hanno raggiunto pure lì !
E tutto dopo aver risposto 'no grazie' ad ogni approccio, ed aver più volte chiesto loro che la piantassero!
1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T SELECT 0 !!!
Really incorrect, they recovered my mobile and fixed contacts several times, and they put me in difficulty several times, including with my ex-employer, since they also joined me there!
And all after replying 'no thanks' to each approach, and having repeatedly asked them to stop!

Sin dal primo momento il loro agente Luca mi ha assistito con tutti i miei interrogativi e la sua grande professionalità e profonda conoscenza della cittá mi hanno subito fatto sentire a mio agio.
Trasparenza ed onestà sono chiaramente valori che a cui l'agenzia tiene e che mette in campo ogni giorno ed é rassicurante poter contare su di loro.
