Sono stato aggredito verbalmente, offeso, preso in giro e deriso. Finalmente adesso posso dire di non aver più nulla a che fare con queste persone. Ho perso giornate intere a contattare qualsiasi recapito, telefonavo con numeri di telefono diversi dal mio pur di ottenere una risposta alle mie richieste in linea con le previsioni contrattuali. Un incubo durato almeno 3 anni. Con loro ho perso tempo, soldi e salute. Se proprio siete costretti a dialogare con questa gente consiglio di utilizzare pec, raccomandate e avvocati. Vi troverete di fronte a gente impreparata, scortese, offensiva, svogliata e probabilmente senza la scolarizzazione base. Ormai famigerati nel territorio, avevo anche vergogna a parlarne. A Pisa ho avuto diverse esperienze con altre agenzie con cui, tutto sommato, mi sono trovato bene. Anche se ormai credo che abbiano chiuso o abbiano un giro d'affari minimo, STATE LONTANI da questa agenzia se non volete vivere la peggiore esperienza della vostra vita. Questa è la mia esperienza, sperando sia d'aiuto a qualcun altro.
Unfortunately I have had relationships for several years with this agency.
I was verbally attacked, offended, mocked and mocked. Finally now I can say that I have nothing to do with these people anymore. I spent whole days contacting any contact, I phoned with phone numbers other than mine in order to get an answer to my requests in line with the contractual provisions. A nightmare that lasted at least 3 years. With them I lost time, money and health. If you really are forced to talk to these people, I recommend using pec, registered mail and lawyers. You will find yourself in front of unprepared, rude, offensive, listless people and probably without the basic schooling. Now notorious in the area, I was also ashamed to talk about it. In Pisa I had several experiences with other agencies with which, all in all, I felt comfortable. Even if by now I believe that they have closed or have a minimal turnover, STAY AWAY from this agency if you don't want to live the worst experience of your life. This is my experience, hoping it will help someone else.
