★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali e rapidi, hanno venduto due immobili in tempi rapidi e senza intoppi (uno dei quali davvero difficile da vendere perché locato); molto consigliati, soprattutto se si cerca di vendere velocemente ed a buon prezzo.
Very professional and fast, they sold two properties quickly and smoothly (one of which was really difficult to sell because it was rented); highly recommended, especially if you are looking to sell quickly and at a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna, prendo appuntamento di sabato pomeriggio per fare una proposta e mi si risponde dandondomi l'appuntamento per lunedì , e loro vedono bene di accettare una proposta da uno che va da loro senza appuntamento. Il rispetto dove lo avete lasciato? La vostra professionalità come vedo in queste recensioni finte, dov'è? Rimediare hai vostri errori e incominciate a fare le cose per bene , invece di fare gli squallidi.
Shame on me, I make an appointment on Saturday afternoon to make a proposal and they answer me by giving me the appointment for Monday, and they see well to accept a proposal from someone who goes to them without an appointment. Where did you leave respect? Your professionalism as I see in these fake reviews, where is it? Make up for your mistakes and start doing things right instead of being sleazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato mattina andiamo a vedere un appartamento e tornati a casa decidiamo di fare una proposta. Chiamiamo immediatamente l'agente immobiliare che solerte ci fissa un appuntamento per questa sera alle 18.30 per mettere nero su bianco la proposta. Arriviamo in agenzia , via donnini 39 dopo aver fatto le corse perché tutti e tre, noi con nostro figlio, eravamo a lavoro , veniamo accolti da un ragazzo che dopo averci chiesto se avessimo bisogno di mutuo, come se le case si comprassero in contanti con i soldi che abbiamo nel portafoglio, aver chiesto a mio figlio se avesse un contratto a tempo indeterminato, cosa che avevo già ampliamente detto all'agente che mi aveva fatto vedere la casa......... mi dice che questa mattina un ipotetico acquirente si era presentato senza appuntamento in agenzia per fare una proposta. Ora mi chiedo.... circa 2 settimane fa, quando dopo aver visionato un appartamento ho chiesto di fare una proposta, la venditrice correttamente mi ha detto che la mattina dopo un cliente si sarebbe presentato in agenzia a fare un offerta e che io non potevo che aspettare..... più che corretto direi. Ma la tecnocasa chi prende a lavoro ??? È questa la loro politica???? È questo il modo di trattare i clienti???? Una cosa è certa quando vedrò un annuncio di un appartamento in vendita gestito da questa agenzia ne starò lontanto. Persone veramente di poca serietà.
Sicuramente poco consigliata.
Saturday morning we go to see an apartment and back home we decide to make a proposal. We immediately call the real estate agent who diligently sets us an appointment for this evening at 18.30 to put the proposal on paper. We arrive at the agency, via donnini 39 after having made the races because all three, we with our son, were at work, we are greeted by a boy who, after having asked us if we needed a mortgage, as if the houses were bought in cash with the money we have in our wallet, having asked my son if he had a permanent contract, which I had already amply told the agent who had shown me the house ......... he tells me that this morning a hypothetical buyer had presented himself without an appointment at the agency to make a proposal. Now I wonder ... about 2 weeks ago, when after viewing an apartment I asked to make a proposal, the seller correctly told me that the next morning a client would come to the agency to make an offer and that I do not I could only wait ..... more than correct I would say. But who takes the technocasa to work ?? Is this their policy ???? Is this the way to treat customers ???? One thing is certain when I see an ad for an apartment for sale managed by this agency I will stay away from it. People of really little seriousness.
Certainly not recommended.
