Mi è appena stato chiesto 190 euro per un mini passaggio che normalmente costa 130 euro. Ben il 50% in più e come giustificazione mi è stato detto che sono proprietari di tutte le agenzie su Novara e avendo il monopolio fanno il prezzo che vogliono

devo essere sincero mi sono trovato malissimo in questa agenzia per la scarsa professionalità dei dipendenti e per la poca attenzione verso i clienti. Si avvalgono di collaboratori distratti e incapaci. Non mi sento di consigliare questa agenzia anche perché ti danno le comunicazioni con due mesi di ritardo.

I have to be honest I found myself very bad in this agency due to the lack of professionalism of the employees and the lack of attention to customers. They make use of distracted and inept collaborators. I don't feel like recommending this agency also because they give you communications two months late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che avete risposto .... non posso non specificare che ....la vostra risposta è la classica toppa peggiore del buco. Le persone che mi hanno più volte detto telefonicamente, di aver spedito, di non potermi dare il track number perchè lo dovevano chiedere alle poste ... .sono persone che lavorano presso l'Agenzia .... non presso il concessionario !!!!!! Inoltre il concessionario mi ha fatto ascoltare l'audio in cui una vostra dipendente assicurava al 100% che la spedizione era stata effettuata !!!!
Forse ... facevate meglio a chiedere scusa invece di rispondere in questo modo !!!!
Di seguito la segnalazione che descrive la mia esperienza :

Il peggio del peggio del peggio. Mai avuto a che fare prima con una Agenzia così poco professionale e seria. Devono spedirmi il libretto di circolazione ed il certificato di proprietà. Sono giorni che promettono di aver spedito, invece lo hanno fatto solo ieri mattina. (tra l'altro spero sia tutto a posto perchè sul sito delle poste la raccomandata non è tracciata.)
La cosa peggiore sono le bugie dette per coprirsi, dalle colpe scaricate sulla concessionaria, allo spergiuro di aver spedito, al sostenere di dover andare in posta per chiedere il codice di tracciatura .... di una raccomandata che in realtà non avevano fatto.
Se dovessi comprare altre auto in zona, come primo punto metterò la pretesa che non si servano da queste persone.

The people who have repeatedly told me by telephone, that they had sent, that they could not give me the track number because they had to ask for it at the post office ... are people who work at the Agency .... not at the dealer !!! !!! Maybe ... you had better apologize instead of answering like this !!!!
Below is the report describing my experience:
I am shocked.
The worst of the worst of the worst. Never had to deal with such an unprofessional and serious agency before. They must send me the vehicle registration document and the certificate of ownership. They have been promising to have shipped for days, but they did it only yesterday morning. (among other things I hope everything is in order because on the post office site the registered letter is not tracked.)
The worst thing is the lies told to cover themselves, from the blame discharged on the dealership, to the perjury of having sent, to the claim of having to go to the post office to ask for the tracking code .... of a registered letter which in reality they had not done.
If I were to buy other cars in the area, as a first point I will make the claim that they are not served by these people.
