★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diffidate dall'andare in questa agenzia di bugiardi truffaldini. Ho fatto da loro il passaggio di proprietà a maggio 2019 e ancora del libretto non vi è traccia. Alla motorizzazione risulta che non è nemmeno stato registrato. Se non me lo mandano avvierò una querela con tanto di richiesta danni in quanto non ho più potuto utilizzare il furgone dopo la scadenza del libretto di circolazione provvisorio e il rimborso dell'assicurazione di un anno.
 Be wary of going to this fraudulent liar agency. I made the change of ownership to them in May 2019 and there is still no trace of the booklet. The DMV shows that it hasn't even been registered. If they do not send it to me, I will start a lawsuit with a request for damages as I could no longer use the van after the expiry of the provisional registration certificate and the reimbursement of the one-year insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero preoccupato a dover fare un passaggio di proprietà da loro vedendo tutte le recensioni negative.
Una volta parlato con i titolari ci siamo resi conto che hanno avuto molti problemi nel periodo di cambio dalla vecchia pratica di passaggio con l'etichetta da applicare al libretto, alla nuova modalità con la ristampa del libretto che ora é la "carta" di circolazione del veicolo con solo i dati del nuovo intestatario.
A causa di questo passaggio hanno dovuto rifare molti passaggi di proprietà che avevano eseguito con la vecchia modalità e conseguenti lamentele. Personalmente mi sono trovato bene la pratica è stata eseguita molto velocemente, l'unica cosa che consiglierei è di fare un po' di ordine avendo un sacco di pratiche e carte ovunque che non aiutano ad essere efficienti.

Once we talked to the owners, we realized that they had many problems in the period of changing from the old practice of passage with the label to be applied to the booklet, to the new method with the reprint of the booklet which is now the registration "card" of the vehicle with only the data of the new owner.
Due to this passage they had to redo many changes of ownership that they had carried out in the old way and consequent complaints. Personally I was happy the practice was done very quickly, the only thing I would recommend is to do a bit of order having a lot of practices and papers everywhere that do not help to be efficient.

Venduta auto tramite questa agenzia, dopo 3 anni, l'auto venduta è ancora a mio nome, ed il compratore è in possesso del mio libretto ancora intestato a me(gli è stato consegnato dall'agenzia).
Il bollo da pagare è arrivato sempre a me con aggiunta di sanzioni.
Questa agenzia è assente.
Fate per conto vostro che è 1000 volte meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, 10 mesi dopo aver fatto e pagato il passaggio scopro che la macchina è ancora intestata al vecchio proprietario al quale hanno sottratto i punti della patente per una multa che avevo preso io. Il libretto mi è stato consegnato dopo quasi un anno e dopo avermi fatto perdere tempo diverse volte facendomi andare in agenzia per poi dirmi che si erano dimenticati e di ripassare un'altra volta.

dopo due mesi non mi è ancora arrivato il libretto in oltre i documenti provvisori che mi hanno mandato sono sbagliati e perfino incompleti!!
Adesso sono nella situazione che grazie proprio a quanto riportato sopra non posso nemmeno assicurare il mio mezzo appena acquistato e nonostante ripetute chiamate e messaggi di loro neanche l’ombra e si capisce il fatto perché tentano sempre ad essere pagati in nero (con me non son riusciti) ora se entro breve la situazione non si risolve alla svelta sarò costretto ad andare dai carabinieri

SONO TRUFFATORI!!! Ho fatto un passaggio di proprietario e dopo un mese non hanno fatto niente. Sempre trovano scuse, ho sentito da altre persone che hanno da anni documenti da fare!!! Prendono soldi e non fanno niente.. EVITATE!!!
