Hanno i tuoi soldi li e nonostante li chiami ogni 10 minuti non risponde mai nessuno, richiamano loro appena liberi, ciò vuol dire che ti chiamano alle 17, dalla mattina che tu provi a contattare, che poi impegnati non lo sono, ogni volta che vai li sono tutti bei loro uffici a far finta di lavorare...per carità una volta che rispondono sono cordiali e gentili, ma se uno lavora e può chiamare solo in un lasso di tempo non è giusto non trovare mai nessuno che risponda

They have your money there and despite calling them every 10 minutes no one ever answers, they just call them free, which means that they call you at 5pm, from the morning you try to contact, which they are not busy, every time you go they are all their beautiful offices to pretend to work ... for goodness sake once they answer they are friendly and kind, but if one works and can only call in a time frame it is not right to never find anyone to answer

Metto 1 stella perchè meno di una non ne posso inserite: ho chiamato stamane più volte per avere un appuntamento per delle informazioni sull'apertura di un conto corrente. All'ennesima telefonata mi risponde un ragazzo gentilissimo che mi dice che devo parlare con la collega... attendo 3 minuti al telefono e poi riprende sempre lui la chiamata per dirmi che la collega è impegnata al telefono. Al che mi chiede il numero di cellulare e mi dice che mi farà richiamare appena mette giù.
... Al momento sono le 17:58 ... lunga sta telefonata!!
Complimenti direi che nella vostra filiale di Mirano (VE) non ci metterò mai piede!!! Fortunatamente esistono altre filiali del Crédit Agricole!!
SIMPLY SHAME !!
I put 1 star because less than one I can't insert: I called several times this morning to have an appointment for information on opening a current account. I umpteenth phone call is answered by a friendly guy who tells me that I have to talk with my colleague ... I wait three minutes on the phone and then always takes him a call to tell me that the colleague is busy on the phone. At that he asks me the cell phone number and tells me that I will just call hangs up.
... Right now it is 17:58 ... is long phone call !!
Congratulations I would say that in your branch of Mirano (VE) I will never set foot !!! Fortunately there are other branches of Credit Agricole !!

Ringrazio di cuore il sig.Costantino Di Marzo per la sua grande gentilezza e disponibilità oltre che alla notevole professionalità nella risoluzione di un piccolo problema che non ero più in grado di gestire da solo. Mi sono sentito veramente seguito è affiancato da una persona consapevole e molto motivata. Aggiungo inoltre che la cordialità con qui ha gestito il tutto mi ha rincuorato e reso soddisfatto al 101%! Lo ringrazio ancora e dopo oltre 35 anni di appartenenza a questo gruppo bancario mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti! Grazie ancora caro Costantino di tutto! In fede LG
I must say that I was very, very very satisfied! I sincerely thank Mr. Costantino Di Marzo for his great kindness and helpfulness as well as the remarkable professionalism in solving a small problem that I was no longer able to manage on my own. I really felt followed and supported by a conscious and highly motivated person. I would also add that the friendliness with here managed everything and made me feel 101% satisfied! I thank him again and after more than 35 years of belonging to this banking group I would recommend him to everyone! Thanks again dear Costantino for everything! In faith LG
