★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io 3 la mia compagna ci siamo rivolti ad Andrea per la prima casa 5 anni fà e poi di nuovo per cambiarla. devo dire che Andrea è molto professionale; per chi come me non sa muoversi o non ha tempo di farlo lo consiglio vivamente. Nella mia esperienza mi ha trovato 2 mutui ottimi e in poco tempo, tutto quello che ho fatto e portare la lista di carte richieste e passare in banca a firmare, ricordo molto bene all'apertura del conto al primo mhtuo quando l'impiegato sbalordito ha visto che mi avevano accettato il mutuo prima di aprire il conto. In ogni caso io la raccomando a tutti per la sua professionalità e correttezza

Si è rivelata un'ottima decisione perché ci ha trovato la banca con il tasso molto minore a quello che ci offriva nostra banca. Inoltre è sempre stato presente, molto disponibile, gentile e soprattutto, la cosa più importante, di parola. Forse un mutuo conveniente potevano trovarlo anche noi ma con Andrea abbiamo risparmiato tempo, nervi e chi sà quante giornate di lavoro. Se un domani dovessimo cambiare casa mi rivolgerei nuovamente ad Andrea
When we found our house, we turned to Andrea Ferraresso from Kiron for the loan. It turned out to be a great decision because they found us the bank with the much lower rate than our bank offered us. He was also always there, very helpful, kind and most importantly, of his word. Maybe we could find a convenient mortgage too, but with Andrea we saved time, nerves and who knows how many days of work. If one day we had to move house I would turn to Andrea again
