Da quando ho deciso di vendere la mia casa, ho cominciato a pensare ad un’agenzia immobiliare e visto che Tempocasa è vicina a dove abito ho deciso di affidarmi a loro. Ovviamente essendo la prima volta che affrontavo una vendita di questo tipo avevo un sacco di dubbi su cose sentite sulle agenzie immobiliari. Mi sono rivolto a loro e mi sono subito piaciuti, col passare del tempo mi sono reso conto che le varie voci sulle agenzie immobiliari non si possono adattare per l'appunto a tutte le agenzie immobiliari. Questa agenzia è molto seria e chiara, nessuna sorpresa e il titolare Luca con il suo staff mi hanno fatto capire cosa vuol dire serietà e professionalità nella vendita di una casa. Grazie ancora ragazzi e continuate così che in Italia abbiamo bisogno di giovani volenterosi come voi. I don't want to write the usual trivial review, because these guys deserve all my respect. Obviously, being the first time I faced a sale of this type, I had a lot of doubts about what I heard about real estate agencies. I turned to them and I immediately liked them, over time I realized that the various items on real estate agencies cannot be adapted to all real estate agencies. This agency is very serious and clear, no surprises and the owner Luca with his staff made me understand what seriousness and professionalism mean in the sale of a house. Ma cosa ne so del vicinato della zona cosa vuole fare!!! È così difficile capirlo!? E poi non suonano a tutti... veramente fastidiosi... non è la prima volta! E comunque se uno vuol vendere si reca dove vuole non da uno che suona l campanello, lo vedo poco serio (stavo dormendo ho il turno di notte, svegliata per questa cosa di cui non me ne frega nulla... fantastico) In merito alla Vs risposta le preciso che un Vs operatore non è la prima volta che mi suona per chiedere le intenzioni del vicinato (evidentemente credete che si sappiano i fatti altrui e poi anche se sapessi non darei indicazioni perché il proprietario deve decidere lui dove, come, quando e a chi rivolgersi!!!!) per di più io non sono in un condominio ma in una villetta ed ho visto chiaramente il Vs operatore dopo che mi ha svegliata andarsene senza suonare a più nessun'altra villetta accanto alla mia ma guardarsi tranquillamente il cellulare.. beh se per voi è serietà accetto la Vs idea ma non la condivido. Si sono occupati loro di recuperare tutta la documentazione da fornire allo studio notarile (specie quella della parte venditrice), hanno seguito la pratica fino al rogito, e si sono occupati loro della voltura delle utenze. La mia valutazione è più che positiva. I bought a property with them and I was happy with it.
