★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato di vendere la mia attività tramite l'agenzia remax incantato dalle parole dei due consulenti venuti da me. È vero che di tempo ne avevano poco perché purtroppo a gennaio 2017 avrei dovuto lasciare il locale ma dal 10 ottobre al 31 dicembre credo ci sia il tempo necessario per ricevere qualche interessato (essendo che al momento della firma del contratto mi viene detto : LO VENDIAMO SICURO) ..comunque.....trascorso un mesetto chiamo i due agenti chiedendo loro come mai non si fa sentire nessuno? Non sarà il prezzo un po troppo alto? A dire il vero 5000 euro di provvigione è davvero molto alto ma ahimè,ho firmato quindi ero consapevole....consapevole anche di aver dato loro l'esclusiva e consiglio a tutti vivamente di non farlo. Ma andiamo avanti..... alla mia telefonata l agente immobiliare mi risponde :"dammi 10 min"
Poi mi richiama e fissa un appuntamento con un interessato.....cosa alquanto strana.... per un mese silenzio e poi in 10 min arrivano gli interessati????
Comunque stiamo al gioco.....vengono guardano .... decidono ... ok !!! È molto conveniente!!!
Dopo altre 3 settimane di silenzio richiamo i miei consulenti chiedendo loro che fine abbiano fatto questi ipotetici interessati....mi dissero di stare tranquillo e che al 92% avremmo venduto . A parte che trovo poco professionale dare percentuali senza un minimo di acconto.....comunque per farla breve a oggi niente di niente.... per fortuna sta per terminare il mio rapporto con loro ed ho gia trovato un compratore per conto mio....

I tried to sell my business through the agency remax enchanted by the words of the two consultants who came to me. It is true that they had little time because unfortunately in January 2017 I would have had to leave the premises but from October 10th to December 31st I believe there is enough time to receive some interested parties (being that at the time of signing the contract I am told: I SELL YOU SAFE) .. however ..... spent a month or so I call the two agents asking them why nobody is heard? Will the price not be a little too high? To say the truth 5000 euros of commission is really very high but alas, I signed therefore I was aware .... also aware of having given them the exclusive and I advise everyone strongly not to do it. But let's go on ..... to my phone call the real estate agent answers me: "give me 10 min"
Then he calls me back and fixes an appointment with a person interested ..... something rather strange .... for a month of silence and then in 10 minutes the interested ones arrive ????
However we are at the game ..... are looking .... decide ... ok !!! It's very convenient!!!
After another 3 weeks of silence I recall my consultants asking them what happened to these hypothetical interested parties ... they told me to feel comfortable and that 92% of us would have sold. Apart from that I find it unprofessional to give percentages without a minimum down payment ..... anyway, to make it short today nothing at all .... luckily my relationship with them is about to end and I have already found a buyer on my own ....

Dal primo incontro abbiamo capito che è una persona preparata professionale trasparente disponibile seria e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni che avevamo bisogno e che altre agenzie non ci avevano dato. In 1 mese (AGOSTO) ci ha trovato l'acquirente. Fortuna? bravura? quello conta è che oggi abbiamo firmato l'atto di vendita. Complimenti a Silvia Manzinali per il lavoro svolto.
