Ma sono del parere ( opinabile ci mancherebbe) che necessiterebbero una persona in più vista la mole di clientela che vedo negli orari in cui passo. Qualità prodotto buona. Caffè buono. I would also give 10 stars to employees, since they double to meet the needs of customers, especially in this nefarious period of covid. But I am of the opinion (questionable God forbid) that they would need one more person given the amount of customers I see at the times I pass. Good product quality. Good coffee.

Non sono riuscito a berlo e godermi la classica "pausa caffè" Coffee underneath but below average despite an important roasting .... I was unable to drink it and enjoy the classic "coffee break"

Quando la signorina ha ritirato la tazza mi ha chiesto come mai non lo avessi bevuto e le ho risposto che era annacquato e che sapeva di bruciato, si è girata, lo ha buttato via e non ha proferito parola. Aveva forse paura che le chiedessi la restituzione dei soldi? Non ha nemmeno provato a dire un semplice:"mi dispiace, provo magari a rifarglielo?" Gentilezza e professionalità sono oramai cosa rara.
