Edit: aggiungo una stella perchè in effetti come servizio immobiliare sono più che soddisfatto. Purtroppo la scelta dei fornitori e forse i costi bassi che gli stessi devono avere porta ad un calo della qualità. Quindi confermo la pessima posa del porfido fatta da incompetenti, non c'entra nulla il materiale. Non parliamo della posa delle piastrelle interne fatta da Archeo, statene lontani. Ho segnalato più volte questi problemi, anche via email all'Arch. Massimo Ferraris ma niente, il silenzio più assoluto. PS il pareo (che vi frega?)è del vicino, non è il mio, che figura! PPS il primo voto,di Volpi Marco, è del figlio del proprietario (su dai un po' di serietà). Edit: All'architetto Ferraris ho chiesto semplicemente se la posa del porfido corrispondeva ai suoi standard... dev'essere rimasto schifato. Ad Archeo ho sollevato più di una volta i problemi, anche a loro ho fatto una bella recensione, ma a differenza vostra l'hanno rispettata. Io non ho parlato di democrazia ma di comportamento poco serio, visto il tenore dei vostri commenti mi sa che non conoscete il significato di questa parola. Per tutti questi motivi e visto che non avete ancora capito che appartamento mi avete venduto e insistete a parlare del pareo con comportamento infantile, abbasso il mio voto. ciao ciao. Sono stato seguito in maniera impeccabile in tutte le fasi, hanno sempre rispettato tutti gli accordi e le scadenze. Non ho mai, e dico mai, dovuto preoccuparmi di nulla, anzi, ho trovato persone gentili, disponibili e professionali, sempre disposte ad aiutarmi. Mi hanno accontentato in tutto, anche quando magari avrebbero potuto non farlo. Sono felice di averli conosciuti e se domani dovessi cambiar casa Sici Abitare sarebbe indubbiamente la mia prima scelta, come lo è già stato per alcuni miei amici e parenti.
