Firmato contratto di affitto per negozio ad uso commerciale il giorno 16 Giugno 2021 con conseguente pagamento delle 3 mensilità e parcella all agenzia immobiliare IVS, Con la promessa di ristrutturazione dell immobile.
Consegna chiavi prevista il giorno 01/10/2021.
Ad oggi, 17/12/2021 le chiavi non sono ancora state consegnate e al negozio non é stato fatto nessun lavoro.
Sono tramite avvocati per la restituzione dei miei soldi da più di un mese e l agenzia IVS ovviamente é sparita.

A bunch of incompetents!
Lease contract signed for a shop for commercial use on June 16, 2021 with consequent payment of the 3 monthly installments and parcel to the IVS real estate agency, with the promise to renovate the property.
Key handover scheduled for 01/10/2021.
As of today, 12/17/2021 the keys have not yet been delivered and no work has been done on the shop.
I have been through my money back lawyers for over a month and the IVS agency is obviously gone.
