Nonostante la peculiarità di questa compravendita e le tante esigenze espresse, ho sempre potuto fare affidamento sulla disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia dello staff, in particolare delle Sig.re Cristina e Hasna, che sono state le mie referenti per tutte le fasi inerenti all’acquisto. Un’alternativa sicuramente valida e da consigliare.

Sabato abbiamo avuto un accordo verbale con agente immobiliare Emanuela,l'accordo era che saremo andati da loro per una proposta di acquisto a lunedì,con versamento di caparra. Dopo ripetute chiamate senza esito di risposta.al pomeriggio sono stata contattata avvisandomi che la casa era già stata venduta sabato pomeriggio!!! Serietà zero, professionalità zero!
Lack of professionalism.
On Saturday we had a verbal agreement with real estate agent Emanuela, the agreement was that we will go to them for a purchase proposal on Monday, with a deposit. After repeated calls with no answer. In the afternoon I was contacted informing me that the house had already been sold on Saturday afternoon !!! Zero seriousness, zero professionalism!

Sinceramente ero un pochino diffidente, ma Emanuela si è sempre dimostrata preparata e ci ha aiutato in tutta la pratica, fino al rogito in presenza dal notaio, e ha mediato in diverse occasioni durante la compravendita.

Absolutely recommended for buying / selling a house.
Honestly, I was a little wary, but Emanuela has always proved prepared and helped us throughout the procedure, up to the deed in the presence of the notary, and mediated on several occasions during the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che se esistono problemi di infiltrazioni d'acqua nel bagno dell'appartamento posto in vendita dalla facciata esterna del condominio queste vanno dichiarate fin dalla prim visita all'immobile.
I believe that if there are problems of water infiltration in the bathroom of the apartment for sale from the external facade of the condominium, these must be declared from the first visit to the property.
