Col fatto che incontrano il potenziale acquirente prima, limitano le visite agli interessati (cosa non da poco in periodo Covid). Hanno venduto in tempi brevi e senza cercare di abbassare tantissimo pur di vendere come fanno certe agenzie specialmente all'Arcella. Tutto a norma, tutto secondo i tempi, e sempre con una parola gentile. Abbiamo girato 30 agenzie tra vendita e acquisto e Arte di Abitare Vigodarzere è di sicuro nel miglior 10%. Grazie!
