Quindi mi sono affidato a loro e ho risolto tutto compresa tutta la parte burocratica. Consiglio vivamente di affidarvi alla loro consulenza. I entered this agency to ask for information in general, I was greeted with kindness and a very competent guy clarified several things to me for an apartment sale procedure. So I relied on them and I solved everything including all the bureaucratic part. I highly recommend you rely on their advice.

Durante la compravendita sono soliti mostrare ai possibili acquirenti le offerte già ricevute dalle altre persone interessate. Il loro chiaro intento è quello di giocare (sporco) al rialzo per ottenere le massime commissioni possibili di intermediazione. Per diritto di cronaca ho offerto un importo PARI alla richiesta della parte venditrice ma ciò nonostante la casa è stata venduta ad altri a cui, come da ammissione della stessa agenzia, è stata mostrata la mia offerta in modo tale che la superassero. E mia intenzione segnalare l'accaduto anche all'albo dei mediatori immobiliari. The worst real estate agency in Milan! During the sale they usually show potential buyers the offers already received from other interested people. Their clear intent is to play (dirty) upwards to get the highest possible brokerage commissions. For the record, I offered an EQUAL amount to the request of the seller but nevertheless the house was sold to others who, as admitted by the same agency, were shown my offer in such a way that they exceeded it. It is my intention to report the incident also to the register of real estate brokers.
