La titolare Antonella e la dipendente Erika sono un mix di bravura e simpatia. Ti fanno sentire importante e bene anche se si tratta della prima volta, com'era per me. Ti ascoltano e ti garantiscono capelli spettacolari, tanto da indurmi a ritrovarvi per la ricostruzione. Consigliatissimo ooo ! Very satisfied with competence, kindness, courtesy and quality of the products used. The owner Antonella and the employee Erika are a mix of skill and friendliness. They make you feel important and good even if it is the first time, as it was for me. They listen to you and guarantee you spectacular hair, enough to induce me to find you for the reconstruction. Quindi da una parte risultano più lunghi a tratti. Assurdo. Inoltre sono stati tagliati più di quanto concordato. Trattata in modo frettoloso perché la proprietaria aveva fretta di chiudere il negozio e l ha espresso chiaramente. Il giorno seguente avevo uno shooting e per nascondere il taglio osceno dato che ho il capello molto liscio ho dovuto spendere ulteriori soldi per farmi fare una piega in un altro posto. Ora dovrò spenderne altri per farmeli sistemare da qualcuno sicuramente più competente. Altre note negative: piega fatta malissimo con punte verso l interno e non è possibile prendere appuntamento. Alla mia protesta, la titolare ironica risponde "mi spiace, può succedere"! Evviva? Prima di tutto,ho aspettato quasi 1 ora nonostante l'appuntamento prefissato,la parrucchiera ha perso tempo a parlare con una cliente,questo mostra la grande mancanza di professionalità. (sono stata quasi due ore complessivamente per fare un taglio e piega) Tralasciando questo "dettaglio" avevo chiesto esplicitamente e ripetutamente che venissero tagliate solo le punte dei capelli perchè appunto ci tenevo alla loro lunghezza,ora mi ritrovo con un taglio molto piu corto da quello richiesto,il che mi ha resa amareggiata avendo impiegato anni a renderli della lunghezza giusta. non ci tornerò mai più mi dispiace. Mi sono stati scalati i capelli a gradini netti inguardabili e i capelli messi in piega da una ragazza apprendista che ci ha messo 1 ora, fatti malissimo, rovinati, non so quante volte mi ha aspirato i capelli con il retro del phon e quante volta ha fatto cadere la spazzola. Bisogna dirlo al cliente che si viene trattati da persone non ancora professioniste, soprattutto se ti dico che sono testimone ad un matrimonio. Terribile, sono dovuta ricorrere al volo ad un secondo parrucchiere per provare a sistemare i danni. Alla mia amica è stato effettuato un taglio di più di 15 cm quando voleva solo spuntare.
