Chiamo per vedere un immobile da acquistare, mi invitano a recarmi subito in loco per visionarlo. 120 km, benzina, casello, domenica mattina alle ortiche perché, una volta arrivato, mi dicono che i proprietari non gli hanno lasciato le chiavi e sono andati via. Ed accertarsi di avere le chiavi prima di invitare ad una visita? Bah... Perdita di tempo e soldi. Male.
Bad experience. I call to see a property to buy, they invite me to go immediately to see it. 120 km, petrol, toll-booth, Sunday morning with nettles because, once arrived, they tell me that the owners have not left their keys and have left. And make sure you have the keys before inviting to a visit? Bah ... Loss of time and money. Bad.
