 Today when I left Santa severa I met this ice cream shop. The little ice cream left is really good. The ability to sit and enjoy ice cream is a strength.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione si riferisce alla sede di Via Giunone Lucina 125 (zona Grottini), e non a quella al civico 35. Non essendo presente un'altra scheda Google, son costretto a lasciarla qui.
Il personale è disorganizzato e assolutamente inadatto al contatto col pubblico. Dopo aver ordinato 5 caffè, abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti al tavolo, mentre il gestore perdeva tempo chiacchierando con altri clienti. Al nostro sollecito, ci è stato detto che dovevamo prenderceli da soli, nonostante tutti gli altri fossero stati serviti al tavolo. Quando il mio amico gliel'ha fatto notare, il gestore ha fatto una scenata, alzando la voce e servendoci frettolosamente e sbattendo le tazze.
Non torneremo mai più. SCONSIGLIATO.
Il locale al civico 35, invece, serve un gelato mediocre; originariamente era buono, peccato.
My review refers to the office in Via Giunone Lucina 125 (Grottini area), and not to the one at number 35. Since there is no other Google card, I am forced to leave it here.
The staff is disorganized and absolutely unsuitable for contact with the public. After ordering 5 coffees, we waited 15 minutes at the table while the manager wasted time chatting with other customers. At our reminder, we were told that we had to get them ourselves, despite all the others being served at the table. When my friend pointed this out to him, the manager made a scene, raising his voice and hastily serving us and slamming the cups.
We will never go back. NOT RECOMMENDED.
The restaurant at number 35, on the other hand, serves a mediocre ice cream; it was originally good, too bad.
