Non viviamo nella zona in cui vogliamo acquistare un immobile e la cosa ci preoccupava parecchio, il problema è stato prontamente risolto attraverso l'uso del tour virtuale, siamo riusciti a farci un'idea precisa anche da lontano di ciò che può fare al caso nostro. Vanessa, in particolare, è stata davvero di grande aiuto. Consigliatissimo.
Great experience. Courtesy and availability guaranteed. We do not live in the area where we want to buy a property and this worried us a lot, the problem was promptly solved through the use of the virtual tour, we were able to get a precise idea even from a distance of what it can do for us . Vanessa, in particular, was very helpful. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo un idea di quanto potesse valere il mio immobile su Cerveteri, sono stato contattato nel frattempo da Matteo di Tempocasa.
Non avevo mai visto una valutazione con ipad… inoltre sono rimasto colpito innanzitutto dalla focalizazzione che hanno nei confronti dei potenziali clienti perchè facendo fare consulenza a tutti fanno in modo che porteranno sul mio immobile solo i clienti che realmente hanno un budget adeguato.
Inoltre grazie alle visite virtuali portano su casa mia solo i clienti a cui interessa davvero quel tipo di soluzione.
Concretezza, organizzazione e 0 perdite di tempo…

I wanted an idea of how much my property in Cerveteri could be worth, in the meantime I was contacted by Matteo di Tempocasa.
I had never seen an appraisal with an ipad before ... I was also first impressed by the focus they have on potential customers because by making everyone consult they make sure that only customers who really have an adequate budget will bring to my property.
Moreover, thanks to virtual visits, they bring to my house only the customers who are really interested in that type of solution.
Concreteness, organization and 0 waste of time ...

Esperienza positiva: ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff ed in particolare di Ylenia Coronas, con cui mi sono relazionato prevalentemente (competente, affidabile e cortese). I interacted with Tempocasa for technical advice on my apartment for the subsequent sale and search for another solution. Positive experience: I very much appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and in particular of Ylenia Coronas, with whom I mostly related (competent, reliable and courteous). My many questions were promptly answered, especially those concerning the technical aspects.
