★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta all'appuntamento all'ora prefissata non si fa vedere nessuno, chiamo in agenzia e mi rispondo che l'architetto arriva in ritardo, segnalo che sarebbe cortesia chiamare il cliente per avvertire, ma l'operatore non fa una grinza e non chiede scusa. L'agente arriva, non chiede scusa per il ritardo e mi fa vedere la casa.
Secondo appuntamento nuovamente non si presenta nessuno all'orario, aspetto e dopo un quarto d'ora stesso agente, questa volta glielo faccio presente, lui non fa una grinza, non si giustifica neanche e anzi replica scorbutico che gli fissano gli appuntamenti e che i clienti fanno ritardo. Gli ripeto che non è una caratteristica di cui andare fieri e mi risponde ancora stizzito di lasciare stare che non è giornata... Pessimo, gli dico di lasciar stare la casa e me ne vado. Alla faccia della crisi degli immobili, per certi personaggi forse è ora di chiudere e cambiare lavoro.

I repeat to him that it is not a characteristic to be proud of and he replies still angrily of letting go that it is not day ... Bad, I tell him to leave the house alone and I leave. In the face of the property crisis, for some characters it is perhaps time to close and change jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia sleale: dopo averci assicurato che il nostro era l'unico interesse concreto per un immobile in vendita, ci hanno riferito che la proprietaria lo aveva ritirato dalla vendita. Alla fine abbiamo scoperto casualmente tramite la proprietaria che lo aveva venduto proprio tramite questa agenzia. Ho telefonato e son passato diverse volte di persona per avere spiegazioni ma il geometra non si fa trovare e non richiama. State alla larga!
Unfair agency: after assuring us that ours was the only concrete interest in a property for sale, we were told that the owner had withdrawn it from the sale. We eventually found out by chance through the owner that she had sold it through this agency. I phoned and passed in person several times to get explanations but the surveyor is not found and does not call back. Stay away!
