Così abbiamo deciso di firmare un'esclusiva per due appartamenti ed eravamo speranzosi di poter trovare la casa per il nostro futuro. Mai nella vita abbiamo fatto una scelta più sbagliata!! In sei mesi non solo non ci hanno proposto NULLA ma è arrivata una sola proposta per uno dei due appartamenti rimasta campata in aria per oltre tre mesi!! Chiacchiere, chiacchere, chiacchiere e solo chiacchere. Aria fritta. Di concreto? Assolutamente NULLA!! Sei mesi buttati!!
Vorrei anche far notare che la proposta da me "ACCETTATA" è andata in scadenza dopo oltre un mese ed i prezzi concordati con l'agenzia non erano fissi ma trattabili. Nella vita bisognerebbe essere onesti ma soprattutto umili, due caratteristiche sconosciute da molti purtroppo.
When we inquired about selling two apartments and buying one they seemed kind, professional and reliable. So we decided to sign an exclusive for two apartments and we were hoping to be able to find the house for our future. Never in life have we made a more wrong choice !! In six months not only have they not offered us ANYTHING but only one proposal has arrived for one of the two apartments that remained far-fetched for over three months !! Chat, chat, chat and just chat. Fried air. Concrete? Absolutely NOTHING !! Six months wasted !!
I would also like to point out that the proposal "ACCEPTED" by me expired after more than a month and the prices agreed with the agency were not fixed but negotiable. In life one should be honest but above all humble, two characteristics unfortunately unknown by many.
