M	Maria Maria (Maria) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti vi consiglio di non fidarvi di questa agenzia abbiamo prenotato da loro quest'anno in vacanza a luglio in un villaggio turistico ma purtroppo in mezzo alla nostra vacanza i ladri sono entrati nel villaggio e hanno derubato intorno a 7 villette una di queste è nostra purtroppo ci siamo svegliati con la paura bambini che fino ad oggi hanno paura tutti i nostri soldi e gioielli sono stati derubati non ci hanno lasciato un centesimo e alla fine l'agenzia nega la sua responsabilità io grazie a loro non mi fido più di andare in vacanza preferisco rimanere a casa mia vi chiedo di non fidarvi è un'agenzia che non È professionale vogliono solo i soldi non ti guarda neanche se ti succede qualcosa non siamo gli unici per me non vale neanche una stella spero che non succeda a nessuno quello che abbiamo passato purtroppo negano anche l'assicurazione perciò vedete voi se alloggiare da un'agenzia così. Hi everyone I advise you not to trust this agency.We booked with them this year on holiday in July in a tourist village but unfortunately in the middle of our holiday the thieves entered the village and robbed around 7 villas one of these is unfortunately we woke up with the fear children who until today are afraid all our money and jewels have been robbed they did not leave us a penny and in the end the agency denies its responsibility thanks to them I no longer trust to go on vacation I prefer to stay at my house I ask you not to trust it is an agency that is not professional they just want the money they do not even look at you if something happens to you we are not the only ones to me not even worth a star I hope that none of that happens that we have unfortunately also denied the insurance so you can see if staying with an agency like this.

Abbiamo trovato la casa tutta sporca e su richiesta di farla venire a pulire, sono arrivate 3 signore che in 5 min hanno pulito casa. Diciamo che abbiamo sorvolato e ho pulito io per quello che ho potuto. (ero in vacanza e non mi aspettavo di dover lavorare) Poi la sig. ra proprietaria della casa continuava a venire a spiare cosa facevamo e nonostante le mie lamentele con l'agenzia che non volevo rotture e o essere spiata non hanno fatto nulla per tutelare il cliente (cioè noi). (I was on vacation and didn't expect to have to work) Then Mrs. The owner of the house kept coming to spy on what we were doing and despite my complaints with the agency that I did not want breakages and or be spied on they did nothing to protect the client (ie us). Pulizia inesistente.... dopo la "seconda passata" delle donne delle pulizie, la casa era come prima.... pavimenti sporchi, polvere e ragnatele ovunque, abbiamo passato il primo pomeriggio a pulire il più possibile. Quello che doveva essere fatto da loro...... personale lasciamo stare. Rating less than zero ..... I do not recommend this agency to anyone. Cleaning non-existent .... after the "second pass" of the cleaning ladies, the house was as before .... dirty floors, dust and cobwebs everywhere, we spent the first afternoon cleaning as much as possible. P	Patryk Pankiewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The offered apartments are in terrible shape! We ordered an apartment "suitable for 5 persons", it was suitable for 3 people max. The air conditioning wasn't working at all. The agency changed it for us for a bigger one (thank God). The "better & bigger" apartment was nice, when it was built 20 years ago. Currently the furniture are devastated and dirty, the air conditioning is leaking INSIDE the apartment. At night during rain water is coming into the apartment through the front door!! There is no internet, the bathroom is dirty and has only a tiny window that doesn't open so there is no air there at all. There are much better possibilities in that price range. Avoid that agency.
