★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo ricredermi sulla cortesia e l'educazione della titolare all'inizio è stata gentike ed educata poi dopo più di un anno che aspetto un rimborso di 800 € e chiamo per sapere se i miei soldi fossero persi chiedendo poi ulteriormente di rifare i biglietti sempre e comunque da lei mi viene risposto direttamente dalla proprietaria Signora Cortese Jasmin (a me che tu faccia o non faccia i biglietti da me non me ne può fregare di meno solo perché avevo chiesto che fine avevano fatto i miei soldi). A questo punto non posso fare altro che dire zero professionalità zero cortesia di cortese hanno solo il cognome mi scuso per la recensione negativa ma non posso fare altro.

Unfortunately I have to change my mind about the courtesy and education of the owner at the beginning was kind and polite then after more than a year I am waiting for a refund of 800 € and I call to find out if my money was lost, then asking further to always redo the tickets and in any case from her I am answered directly by the owner Mrs. Cortese Jasmin (to me whether you do or do not make the tickets from me I can not care less just because I had asked what happened to my money). At this point I can not help but say zero professionalism zero courtesy of courtesy they only have the surname I apologize for the negative review but I can not do anything else.

Sono alcuni anni che andiamo nella sua agenzia , e non ci ha mai delusi. Anzi. Sempre piacevolmente sorpresi. Complimenti al lavoro che svolge con tanta passione, e alla persona che è.
