Scrapped bus to break down hot area, it rained on the highway and we were inside with the umbrella since the water came in from the roof ?

My mom has been traveling with them for 10 years and has never had a hitch or problem, the lady who answers the phone is always very kind and helpful

Congratulations to the travel company Ruocco for the chance it gives me, every weekend, to reach Naples, my city. Friendly and helpful drivers, efficient and patient call centers and comfortable buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo!! Autobus fatiscenti, aria condizionata quasi mai funzionante. Preso svariate volte io o i miei familiari ed è sempre il viaggio della speranza. Ferma ad aspettare ke arrivasse, 2h di ritardo e nessuno si è degnato di chiamare x avvertire, l ho saputo solo perché ho contatto io la sede ke diceva di non sapere nulla. Mia madre ferma 2h x problemi idraulici non ancora comprensibili, mia suocera oggi ancora ferma a Roma nord su un autogrill, fermi da ben 4h, ancora sanno dirmi semplicemente ke stanno provvedendo ad un autobus sostitutivo ma che non lo trovano!!! X carità.....mai più! Ma a quanto pare leggendo le recensioni non sono l unica ad aver avuto brutte esperienze. Offrire un servizio vuol dire anche dare sicurezza, puntualità e rispetto a chi ogni giorno PAGA per il vostro servizio fatiscente.....
Sucks !! Dilapidated buses, air conditioning hardly ever working. Taken several times myself or my family and it is always the journey of hope. Stop waiting for ke to arrive, 2h late and no one deigned to call x to warn, I only knew because I contacted the office ke said he did not know anything. My mother stops 2h x hydraulic problems not yet understandable, my mother-in-law still stops today in northern Rome on a motorway restaurant, stopped for 4h, still they can simply tell me ke they are providing a replacement bus but they cannot find it !!! X charity ..... never again! But apparently reading the reviews I'm not the only one to have had bad experiences. Offering a service also means giving security, punctuality and respect to those who PAY for your dilapidated service every day .....
