★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Richiedi duplicato del tesserino di Codice Fiscale, ti mandano un Codice Fiscale su un foglio A4 senza nemmeno il codice di identificazione della tessera e la data di scadenza, quindi inutilizzabile.
Complimenti al direttore!! Dovremmo tutti rivolgersi alla stampa, il problema è che tutti si lamentano e pochi agiscono, questa è la forza e la strapotenza di queste istituzioni che funzionano solo quando devono avere!
 Bad service. Request a duplicate of the tax code card, they send you a tax code on an A4 sheet without even the identification code of the card and the expiry date, therefore unusable.

Not to defend them but dealing with altered people every day doesn't have to be easy. Then there are bad apples in every sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli appuntamenti in sede non si possono prendere perché non ci sono date disponibili; al telefono non risponde MAI nessuno; ho inviato tramite PEC la documentazione per chiedere l'annullamento di una richiesta di un pagamento che in realtà è già stato effettuato, chiedendo più volte di essere contattato. Nel frattempo, dopo innumerevoli tentativi, i termini sono scaduti e non solo non stato contattato, ma non so nulla della mia richiesta. Peggio di così...
