★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato la prenotazione per una semplice visura catastale perché il giorno prima mi avevano rimandato a casa. Arrivato in ufficio aspetto oltre 1 ora senza un'apparente ragione: il tabellone si era bloccato e mi veniva detto che tutti gli operatori erano impegnati. Spazientito, mi affaccio allo sportello e trovo l'impiegato che gioca tranquillamente al telefono invece di pensare agli utenti in attesa. Non aggiungo altro. Pessimo servizio, a spese dei contribuenti.
 I made a reservation for a simple cadastral registration because they sent me home the day before. Arriving at the office I wait for over 1 hour for no apparent reason: the board was blocked and I was told that all the operators were busy. Impatient, I look at the counter and find the employee quietly playing on the phone instead of thinking about waiting users. I do not add anything else. Bad service, at the expense of taxpayers.
