Appena capito chi ero mi mette nuovamente in attesa a tradimento. Dopo un altra mezz'ora ho dovuto mollare. Che vergogna tutta italiana! Con l'augurio che quel denaro che stiamo faticosamente raccogliendo tra tutti familiari dell'interessato, serva a chi ha emesso il provvedimento ,ad acquistare farmaci salvavita...e che non gli servano a nulla. Il GIORNO PRIMA DELL'APPUNTAMENTO vengo chiamato per essere avvisato che il personale addetto a risolvere il mio problema, non era disponibile nel giorno in cui avevo prenotato ma solo di venerdì e lunedì. Vengo invitato a mandare una mail, dove esporre il mio problema per essere poi informato tramite mail. Inviata la mail il giorno stesso per ricevere in risposta UNA SETTIMANA DOPO per dirmi : noi non possiamo aiutarlaa deve rivolgersi a un altro ente . Un mese di attesa buttato per incompetenza e mal organizzazione. Grazie. I am invited to send an email, where to expose my problem to be informed by email. Sent the email the same day to receive a reply ONE WEEK LATER to tell me: we cannot help you and you must contact another institution. A month of waiting thrown away due to incompetence and poor organization. Thank you.
P	Pietro (Piè) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile da raggiungere telefonicamente..i servizi telefonici sono sospesi per via del covid..come se prendessero il covid per telefono..proprio in questi momenti dovrebbe funzionare telefonicamente e invece..ignorano le mail..per me che vivo in Germania,che ricevo una parcella alla quale ho già risposto per email (essendo l'unico modo per contattarli),dimostrando che è illecita e continuano a mandarmi la stessa parcella aumentando la mora e non ricevendo risposte è solo un altra conferma..sono ladri approfittatori patentati .aggiungo che ciò è consentito dallo stato solo in Italia.. Quando rispondevano al telefono prima del covid erano competenti e gentili. Peccato che adesso non rispondono al telefono. The emails have always responded with competence. The dating app is handy.
